This drawing was copied from the last page of issue 77 of the American Football manga/anime "Eyeshield 21," where the Deimon Devilbats discuss each of their player's skills/stats on their team. It's one of my favorite scenes in the manga.
I drew this picture on February 29th, 2004.
Drawing this was quite the challenge. It took several hours to draw with pencil, outline with ink, color with black marker, and shade. I definitely wanted to match the manga, the best I could. When I finished it, I sighed with relief and was very happy how the final product came out.
